Christian Meditation

Doors open 1:50 - Breath awareness/reflection from 2:10 - Meditating together from 2:25-2:50.

The first date will be in the church room at the back.
We’ll use the church, when it is available, for the other dates.
The space will be well ventilated, and hand sanitiser/face coverings available at the door.
Please sit where you would like, at a good distance, and bring your own water.
