Centenary Celebrations

2010 marks the Centenary of the founding of the Free Church.  There arevarious events throughout the year but with the focus on four weekends:  The February and May weekends were very special and we look forward to the July Celebration in Flowers and the November centenary entertainment.

10th - 11th July  Flower Festival in the church.  This was a wonderful event with the church full of flowers, paintings by Temple Fortune Art Club and a steady stream of visitors on both days.  Thank you to all the different organisations that took part, it was great fun, a very happy community event and raised £900 for The Harington Garden Scheme.

20th November   There will be a centenary entertainment in church - details will follow.
